The renovated George Baer Chapel provides an elegant and historic setting for your wedding ceremony and can be booked separately or along with a reception at the Abraham Lincoln Historic Venue. This non-denominational chapel is located only three blocks from the Abraham Lincoln!
With arguably the most grandiose interior in all of Reading, the George Baer Chapel features 15th-century Bavarian stained-glass windows, it’s original 40-foot-tall organ pipes, and a grand two-story-high wood ceiling. This devotional space offers an awe-inspiring backdrop to exchange your vows or hold a special service.
A spacious, adaptable room featuring an open stage and a kitchen/food-prep area, the 1st-floor Fellowship Room can be used for almost any event. With natural light gently illuminating the area through stained glass windows, the Fellowship Room also features a small parking lot that leads directly into the space for convenient drop-offs.
